We provide Security and Services to Commercial & Residential properties, based on access via a safeguarded copy of your property keys. We are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week whether it is for an alarm response, lost key, or for other unforeseen circumstances. We have Efficacy Insurance cover for Key-holding with Faraday Reinsurance Company Ltd. Security Industry Authority Licence Number  0101 1001 7212 6300. You need not be distracted from work, or use up valuable free time to take care of emergency or mundane tasks; nor need you wait around, or even be on the premises at all - since we combine our key holding services with authorised access to the property, 24/7. Our business is based on providing access to your Business or Home, for the provision of a range of essential services. By holding a set of your keys, we are able to provide emergency response for alarm activations; carry out premises checks upon request; organise and provide access for contractors; make access available for important unforeseen deliveries at your business or home premises; and provide access for many other reasons. Our History: The idea was developed to incorporate the permanent safeguarding of a set of keys for each client - in order to provide access to their property and to remove the need for them to take valuable time out from their own schedules, to attend to alarm activations, or other basic interruptions. Thus, eliminating the risks and inconvenience involved in putting responsibility onto Staff, Neighbours or Family, expecting them to remain on standby, for whatever reasons. We started trading in 1988, rapidly building up an active customer database for people to use the service on a regular basis. Since then we have grown, both in terms of membership and in our range of essential services for both homes and businesses. Today we monitor many residential homes & businesses in and around the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. We let you back in if you lock yourself out, or lose your keys! Register us as a key-holder for your alarm system and we will respond if your alarm is activated. Alleviate the concerns of leaving your property unattended at any time, by instructing us to keep a watchful eye on it, whilst you are away. Property-Check. Property checks can be undertaken during closed periods – weekends & bank holidays. Fire Checks for peace of mind; Safeguarding the property during shutdown periods. Our Charges are as follows: Residential Customers with Maintenance Agreements have free key-holding Services. No callout charges on alarm calls. (As long as no more than 3 Alarm activations due to windows and doors left open and pets left in alarmed areas in any 12 month period) Daily Security visits when you are on holiday 30 minutes @ £15.00 per visit. Security visits can consist of moving mail away from the front door, watering plants feeding the Gold fish and Cats. (Sorry No Kids, Dogs, Horses or Reptiles) Commercial Price List: Registration (One-off) Fee £40.00 Annual Standard Fee £336.00  (alternatively, monthly) £28 per month via standing order. Alarm Response: £30.00 First 60 mins. onsite Thereafter £15.00 every 30 mins. (* £35 First 60 mins. £17.50 per 30 mins. Thereafter). One-off Access/Premises Check: £25 First 60 mins. Onsite/Lock-up Thereafter £12.50 every 30 mins. (* £30 First 60 mins.
